Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Radiant Life UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Uneringer Str. 1, 82229 Seefeld, Germany, info@radiantlife.de) of your decision via a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
Consequences of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you without delay and within 14 days at the latest from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction.
Loss of withdrawal right for digital content
For contracts to deliver digital content (e.g. PDF reports, immediate access to Pro), your right of withdrawal expires once we have started executing the contract, provided you have:
- explicitly consented to us starting before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as execution begins.
You give this consent via the Stripe Checkout checkbox.
