Terms of service

Terms governing the use of finder.radiantlife.de.

Stand: April 2026 — draft. Counsel review strongly recommended before launch.

§ 1 Scope

These terms govern the use of the web application “KI-Finder” (finder.radiantlife.de) between Radiant Life UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Uneringer Str. 1, 82229 Seefeld, represented by Jean-Marc Seidl (HRB 264111, Munich) — the “Provider” — and users (the “Customer”).

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

Free tier without account. Paid plans (Pro, Team, One-Shot) come into effect upon order confirmation by the Provider after successful Stripe checkout.

§ 3 Services

  • Free: 10 queries/h, 30/day · one top tool · short rationale
  • Pro (€14.90/month): unlimited deep dives · top 5 with comparison table · LLM rationales · PDF · stack optimisation · price alerts · 7-day trial
  • Team (€39/month): everything in Pro · 3 seats (each additional +€9) · shared library · white-label PDF
  • One-Shot (€4.90): single deep dive + PDF, no account

§ 4 Pricing & payment

All prices include statutory VAT. B2B customers with valid VAT ID are processed under reverse-charge (Stripe Tax). Payment via Stripe.

§ 5 Term & termination

Pro and Team are billed monthly or annually. Cancel any time via the customer portal or by email to info@radiantlife.de. One-Shot is not a recurring contract.

§ 6 Availability

We aim for 99% annual uptime. Scheduled maintenance announced 24 h in advance. Contractual SLA only in enterprise contracts.

§ 7 Customer obligations

Keep credentials confidential. Notify the Provider immediately of suspected misuse.

§ 8 Liability

Provider liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. No liability for content or features of third-party AI tools — our recommendations are not legal or individual consulting services.

§ 9 Intellectual property

Tool data, copy, and layout are copyright-protected. Reproduction beyond what German copyright law permits requires consent.

§ 10 Data protection

See the privacy policy. Paid plans include the DPA linked from there.

§ 11 Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details: withdrawal policy.

§ 12 Applicable law, venue

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Venue for merchants is the Provider’s seat; consumers retain statutory venue.

§ 13 Severability

If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder stays in force.
